As Australia’s 3G networks were approaching shutdown, the Regional Tech Hub offered free, independent advice and resources to support rural, regional, and remote communities during the transition to 4G and 5G. I developed a comprehensive stakeholder information pack to ensure users were informed, prepared, and able to navigate the change with confidence.

Working closely with the Regional Tech Hub, I created a clear, professional, and on-brand suite of collateral that communicated key information about the shutdown, highlighted available support, and addressed common concerns. The materials guided stakeholders step-by-step, helping them understand the changes, access support services, and minimise disruption to connectivity.

The final information pack delivered a cohesive, accessible resource that empowered communities and networks across regional Australia, ensuring a smooth transition while maintaining trust and clarity for the hub’s stakeholders.
