For the newly created Bush Tucker Garden at Kapunda Primary School, I was engaged to design a series of four interpretive panels that celebrate the words spoken by students at every assembly and important occasion:

Together we
Touch the ground
Reach for the skies
Look to the skies
Swim in the waterways
Of the Ngadjuri land.

To ensure the panels could be produced with precision, each design was created specifically for laser cutting by a local engineering business, requiring detailed technical setup, file preparation, and material considerations.

The panels now sit at the heart of the Bush Tucker Garden - an inspiring community space brought to life by Mel Agius from Ngadjuri Arts, the school’s leadership team, staff, Governing Council, and many volunteers, officially opened on 9 December 2025.
